D	Diane Ding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son spent wonderful time here. The educators like Miss Anna, Miss Krystal and others are so care about the kids. The owner Miss Hope also provided the best environment and education. At beginning when my son was 13 month old, I was anxious because my son didn’t know how to sleep without me and he was a super picky eater. Surprisedly, he adopted it and liked to go there. He made new friends, made art crafts and had really great time. We miss Hope daycare and I highly recommend it.

I was astonished by the cleanliness and well organization of the facility at first. And Ms. Hope and her team (Ms. Wendy & Sunny) are truly the best team you can ask for to taking care of your babies in their early ages. They are professional, responsive and considerate teachers! I knew it was a right choice when my child’s excited in going to Hope daycare every morning and they kept her mood high till we picked her up in the afternoon! Thank you Ms. Hope and the team! Ms Hope and Ms Wendy are friendly and responsible. I strongly recommend this daycare to anyone who wants to know about the daycare. You’ll be more focused on your work without worry about your kids in the daycare when you choose this daycare center.

I can't tell you how anxious I was and even how guilty I felt to send my baby girl to a daycare at such an early age. But the truth is now, I am so grateful that we had Hope as our first daycare. My daughter had so much fun and received a lot of love and caring in this daycare. All the teachers, including Ms. Hope, Ms. Crystal, Ms. Anna, Ms. Wendy and other teachers as well are very nice and kind to the children. The environment is very clean and tidy. In the COVID pandemic, I still feel safe to send my daughter there because they have a comprehensive plan and protocol for almost everything. The toys, equipment and facilities are of high quality and sanitized several times everyday. Though we have to 'graduate' from the daycare because my daughter has been 3 years old (they only take children at the age of 0 to 3). I can't forget the teachers and the daycare and will always thankful for their caring for my little girl. When the pandemic ends, I will bring my daughter to visit them!

Those fears were immediately alleviated during the tour and on my daughter’s first few days. They have a robust pandemic/outbreak plan in place. Fast forward to two years, they became part of my daughter’s family. The learnings and development were incredible. The level of care of beyond stellar. They are very understanding of not only on our daughter’s needs but of my family as well. Unfortunately she has to graduate and move on, we would have stayed if they have the program for the next age group! To this day, my daughter memorizes and recites each of her teachers’ names periodically, missing them, and asking if we can visit again.

It was hard entrusting someone with your child as you go back to work and I was never disappointed with the care and love my daughter received. The teacher to child ratio was perfect and she always had the special care that I would have given her myself. I so appreciated everything the staff did, the cleanliness of the daycare and activities for the kids.
W	WHY Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sons and I like this daycare a lot. Even after graduating for 2 years, my older son still asks me to take him to the day care visiting the owner (Hope). Both of my sons went to this day care. Every time I went in, the place was spotless, from the playing area to nap room, from eating high chair to diaper changing area. Toys were in good condition, tidy and interactive. Also, Hope and the teacher communicate regularly with the parents with regards to kids’ personality, eating habit, health issue, etc. Also, they organized appropriate festival activities for the kids, so kids can experience the festival. In conclusion, I recommend this daycare to those prioritize cleanliness, communication and culture experience.
