★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was offered a job and I expressed my apprehension about leaving a job i had been at for 12 years to come to a new job. I was assured that this was a much better career move and all would be fine. Things went well untill i was close to the allotted hrs to join the union. (24hrs left)They called me to the office and let me go. As I was being led out I was told I shouldn't take it so hard I was summer staff. Union wont let them hire temps. So they bring people in for the summer
