★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in and knew what I wanted in 2 minutes or so. Just a young lady and her grandma ahead of me. So I waited. But then was waiting, and ended up waiting for over 10 minutes! Nobody even acknowledged that they'd eventually help me. Seemed absolutely ridiculous in a near empty room to be waiting this long. I just walked out on the guy. Who knows how long I would've waited if I stayed. 20 minutes? More? So I went and did my business a block over instead. About $200 in vape accessories and products (helped fairly quickly too). You lost my business that day and likely for good. You got to service customers in reasonable time. Nobody's got all day.
