She and the team left my apartment in great shape after a deep-clean of bathrooms, windows, floors, carpets, and two bedrooms. Marisa was super friendly, accommodating to my schedule, and works adamantly. I appreciated having the email reminders in advance too. They were hired for a move out clean when we sold our home and after our movers not showing up they still continued to clean around our belongings that were in the way and even came back the next day to make sure the job got done. After the owner overheard us upset about our movers not working out at the last minute and saw how stressed out we were she contacted a mover she knew and was able to help us line up movers who showed up less then an hour later. She literally saved the day in so many ways! The house was left clean and sparkling for the new owners and no spot was missed. If you’re looking for a cleaning company in Chilliwack and area I can’t recommend them enough. They went above and beyond for us!

She was easily reachable if we needed to communicate and she sent us daily updates which sometimes included photos of our cats playing which we really appreciated. Ava recently has lost her hearing and it's been a while since she was in daycare (because of the pandemic) so she was very anxious her first day at Marisa's. Marisa was a great comfort to Ava and helped her to eventually relax, and kept me updated with pictures throughout so that I wasn't worried about my pup. Already booking our next stay with Marisa!
