I just returned through Manitoba from Nova Scotia, and going was from Northern Alberta two weeks ago, and this business has a focus on service that is second to none. This is how I trained MY staff to serve. WELL DONE!!

Clean enough. Staff are young and seem anoyyed but such is the life of a gas station worker lol. The place has large selection of drinks and snacks and also those yummy milkshakes. Got monster here on the way home from camp

Considering that you are located on a major highway and you are closed as early as you are I found that pretty stupid I would think that you and the subway would be opened later then you are if not 24 hrs

Nasty people. They will NOT let you use their bathroom unless you make a purchase! Pretty jerky. Will never go there again.

I went there to fill up and got told I cannot go inside because I am exempt from Mask. This company is segregating people

We just wanted to go inside to use the bathroom and pay for our gas, the lady who was working there started yelling at us that we needed to wear a mask, I didn't have one I told her I was going to get one, she threatened me that I needed to go outside but I needed the bathroom so I just went and then left, my mom stayed inside to pay for the gas and she wanted to get a coffee, she went to the coffee maker without a mask and the lady kept yelling at her, so she payed for her gas, left the coffee on the counter and left. If the lady had asked nicely instead of yelling it would have been different, but instead she was very rude about it. she also gave us very bad service. We will not be going back there.

PLEASE READ BEFORE REVIEWING. The workers don’t have control on how the place looks, I do agree that place needs renovations but that’s up to coop not the workers, and the mask policy is the governments rule not the employees, they’re doing what they are told. Also the majority of the workers their are high school students who have to balance school, work, sports and a life so it must be pretty stressful for them. Mostly everyone has been in the same situation as these young workers, so don’t be to quick to judge, they are in a stressful time of their lives. I had a very good conversation with one of the workers while waiting for my fuel to be done, and they were really respectful and personable. All around great place, good location, just needs renovations.

My father recently told me about his experience there and I wanted to share. Him and my mom stopped here in August to fill up. He wasn’t wearing his mask (but my mom was). The first employee asked him why he wasn’t wearing a mask. He explained, although he technically didn’t even have to answer, that he has a medical exception and has confirmation of that on him as proof. The employees went to the back and got another person to ask him. He then again explained that he has an exemption. Then that person for the owner of this joint to talk to him. Again, he explained that due to a medical condition, he is not allowed to wear masks and have doctor confirmation on him. The owner said he never heard about such a thing and kicked them both out. I think you should seriously brush up on our health guides. Masks are a must, but Manitoba Health does recognize that some people have an exemption. Your responsibility is not to have 3 people interrogate your customers and kick them out. You need to remind a person that masks are mandatory in public places and offer them a mask if they need it. If the person is exempt, they don’t even need to answer what their conditions are.
