★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been working with Joy since 2017 and only until now in 2020 was when we were able to find our dream home and our first home as a matter of fact! Throughout all the years, Joy has kept in touch with us and helped us on our search for our dream home. Never once was she pushy at trying to convince us to pull the trigger and put in an offer. Not knowing anything, we were overwhelmed the first time when we were looking at putting an offer in on a condo, but we backed out last minute before the deadline. Joy was nothing but supportive for us after that. She brings positivity and joy and reassures us on the best path forward. We definitely feel like the relationship that we’ve developed over the years has brought us together and made it feel like she’s part of our family. She’s gone above and beyond for us to get us our dream home and keep us positive when things don’t go as planned. We can’t thank her enough and we highly recommend her services. There's so much more positive experiences to share but I believe my review should encompass the type of person and the type of relationship you'll have working with Joy. Thank you, Joy. They are very professional, experienced, and responsive agents, who will always make time for you. They are also excellent negotiators. My place sold in less than a week for over asking. As well, they made buying a house such a breeze and were helpful every step of the way. Bottom line: They know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!

Joy is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. Anytime there was a house we wanted to see Joy moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to to sell our house and obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things are perfect. Working with Joy to find our home in the busy Summer 2021 market was a breath of fresh air.
