★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only good thing I have to say about this group is the sales team is great to deal with. When it comes down to the workmanship of the trades and the quality of their work, I have to rate them way below standards. From the moment I moved in the electrical wasn't working. Down to the furnace. The electrical was so bad that wires were cut and left exposed, with burn marks. The walls you can see right out from looking inside. The roof leaks. No insulation was put in, and left through the winter.. Dealing with the service side is impossible. I have multiple emails that have never been responded to,the site supervisor doesn't seem to want to work on any of the concerns, even ones that put your most expensive purchase in life, to diminish in value. His answer to everything is "it should of been done" while I know that already. The simple answer should of been I will fix your issue. I wouldn't recommend making a purchase from these builders until they figure out what they are doing.
