★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homes by Avi built our home from February to October 2021. The process was good and seamless till the our possession date. There was a delay in the completion of our home due to shortage of supplies and so they had to complete things after possession. Although we weren’t happy about this as well as some errors that came up, the area sales manager, Ashley Robinson, was a pleasure to work with and made the process bearable for us. She was empathetic and quick to answer our questions and concerns. She was also very knowledgeable with the whole process which put us at ease during the building delays and work adjustments. You can’t go wrong having Ashley her by your side when building your first home!
If we could change anything, it would be for Homes by Avi to complete the building by possession date as it was an inconvenience ro our family.
