Please avoid him as he has least knowledge about the work that he is doing. One may repent about taking his advice as he is just works as receptionist who just makes booking and does showing. Even a resident of any other country might have more knowledge than he possesses
M	Mandy Resendes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gurlal Bal - The kind of realtor that leaves the property key for a multi-tenant building in a plastic bag stuffed behind a pipe at the side of the building for more than 30days after it's listed instead of a lockbox. We ended up going into a buying situation with him on the selling side and should have taken that as a sign of things to come. The story is too long to fully detail here. In short, he was completely unresponsive to our Realtor and timelines during negotiations. If it was a property I owned that he was representing me on I would have been mortified as a client. We decided to walk away from that deal because of many factors including the way he conducted business. Now it's taken more than 2 weeks to get our refund deposit back after mutually releasing. He's been contacted directly and so has his office HomeLife. We are still waiting. Unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
R	Raj Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please avoid the real estate brokerage, as one of their agent (Amandeep Heera) does not have any knowledge about the market nor has the moral ethics. Lot of promises would be made to lure buyers from other brokerages but none of the promises are kept. Property is not a small value transaction, hence any wrong promise can lead to huge loss for the buyer. Please avoid the agent and their broker. Once the deal is finalized, then the agent would never even turn back since the commission is certain. I would not have given them even 1 star, but they don't even deserve to be rated
