K	Klewis Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly NOT recommended. What a nightmare with this real estate agent Bradley Lima from his family-run business! I’ve put an offer on one of his listings and completed the home inspection. There were a number of major issues of the house which would require major repairs, so we walked away from the deal. This is when we saw the true colors of Bradley Lima who turned out to be VERY unprofessional In his professional conduct. They delayed the return of my deposit cheque, and when we finally did receive it it was an uncertified cheque. The funds were required immediately for a deposit on another house, and I had to get it certified myself. The bank staff of the branch we were at tried to work around the restriction and called Bradley Lima to ask him the verbally release the funds. He refused. So now I had to go get the cheque certified myself, which I could only do at this home branch as the payee. He was clearly mad about us walking, and made our lives as difficult as he could thereafter. Very unprofessional conduct. I would NOT recommend anyone engage with this agent or brokerage. You have been warned!!
