Peter not only made sure he educated us about the whole process, he didn’t sugar coat his perspective of the properties we looked at in a very respectful manner; a trait that we really appreciated. He was able to negotiate a reduction for us after our initial offer was accepted! I would refer any of our friends or family to him.
