Bought my first ever investment property with Sim Summan about a year ago and its been an amazing/tremendous experience so far. His experience and professionalism is second to none. Cant wait to work with him again in the future.

I have worked with Shalindar Kapoor from Homelife Diamonds multiple times but this time I did not enjoy his service. I would not recommend homelife or Shalindar at all as he is tardy, irresponsible and lazy. I can sit here for a while and type all the bad experiences I've had with him and homelife diamonds. One major flaw is he never responds to his calls (from us and potential buyers) even during closing or if you urgently need him. Anyway long story short, poorest service ever. Definitely will be signing with a more professional realty like McDadi or Remax realty.

Very unprofessional behaviour from their representative. Very self centred and rude. Leaves a bad image of the entire company. If this is their definition of "Higher Standards" do you really want to do any business with them?

Gurvir Hansra failed to communicate properly throughout our real estate transaction. Gurvir obtained our business through fraudulent means, and his excuse was “guess I misunderstood”. That’s an unacceptable excuse when we had gone over everything at least a handful of times verbally and through text. Gurvir made promises and failed to keep them despite having agreed through text, and verbally over the phone. Once the deal closed it was obvious that he did not care anymore and his demeanour changed. Working with him was extremely stressful, and a mistake. Had I known what I know now, I would have never used him but unfortunately our usual realtor was away on vacation, and we thought that this was pretty simple and straight forward. Apparently not. Don’t make deals and promises if you don’t intend on keeping them, it’s terrible business and shows he clearly has no morals over a small amount of $. There are thousands of realtors out there, save yourself the headache, and the time and find someone who is actually deserving of your business instead of a fly by night realtor who will say anything to get you to do business with him. Aside from that, if you plan to use him as a broker - I would reconsider. We were told we would not be approved and need to pay huge fees (upwards of $20,000) to be approved and that no B or A lender would take us so our only option would be to commit mortgage fraud through his lawyer friend... At this point we had already received an accepted firm offer and were extremely stressed and stuck, and believed we would lose the house and our deposit, and Gurvir knew this. I decided to try with another broker and lo and behold we were easily able to get an A lender mortgage with no issues and no illegal fees. Funny right? Unfortunate but it seems obvious that taking advantage of people and shady practices are the norm for him.

Biggg thanks to Harsh and Tony uncle for taking out so much time out and showing us over 20 properties, going out of their way to find us our dream home in this super competitive market. This place has the best vibes and we’re really looking forward to starting our life here. Whats even better- we signed the lease on 22/2/22 ?

Homelife Diamonds Realty provided exceptional service. We were so fortunate to have found Sam and Akash during the pandemic and worked with them twice within one calendar year. As our realtor and broker, they helped us find the right house in the right neighbourhood for the right price, given that I was a first time home-buyer. They were patient and resourceful in securing a property given some of the challenges of the present day market. I worked with a previous realtor and it came to the point where I felt I had no options given the inflation and unreasonable offers and overpriced homes.Throughout the past several months, Akash has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or text no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Homelife Diamonds was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us practical advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone and I look forward to working with them again in the near future.
