I tried on my own to replace the fuses in my old 1959 bungalow but even then, nothing worked. So, I searched for an emergency electrician and up popped Home Town Electrical Ottawa, and thank goodness for that!!! I am very grateful for the prompt and professional care that Justin showed when he came into my home. Not only did he figure out my issue quickly, safely and professionally, he didn't mind my copious questions, and he was pleasant and courteous and explained everything so well. I give Home Town Electrical Ottawa 5 out of 5 stars for the stellar service I received. My worry was taken away and I got some excellent advice for when I need future work done. I will not hesitate to give this fine company a call when I do! Thanks again, Justin for saving my bacon today!

If you want knowledgable, professional, genuine people all at a fair price look no further! Back in the colder months, I tried to set up my new home "nest" thermostat in my older home and found myself in a dilemma. A house full of kids and no heat. :( It wasn't long before Home Town electrical services came to the rescue! Always a pleasure, they treat you and your home with respect. No cutting corners, we highly recommend them. An authentic family business! Thanks again for another great service!

He made sure I understand everything he was doing as well as how everything works (I'm not very good at home repairs and stuff like that). The new panel looks clean, organize, and more professional. I would 100% recommend these guys. Definitely will be using their services again.

Everything done meticulously well, on-time and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
