B	Bryan Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the 25 years I’ve been using a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, I found myself getting more and more unhappy with the half-hearted support I was getting from the variously sleep clinics I tried. One day about 3 years ago, when I was feeling really disgruntled, I told my sleep doctor about this. He referred me to Andrew Crossman, a registered respiratory therapist that he said had helping many of his patients. Meeting Andrew was like the difference between night and day. Within 10 minutes I realized that he cared about me, my concerns and had empathy for my desire to get better sleep. He was determined to help me succeed at this in any way possible. It was clear he had deep knowledge about sleep apnea, CPAP machines, masks and everything else that could be relevant to me. His answers to my many questions have always been clear, with as much depth as I wanted. Now I’m sleeping soundly, have virtually no mask leaks, and my wife is sleeping well because I and my CPAP machine are not making any noise that wakes her up. Andrew works for an excellent company - Home Lifecare Services. When he is not available, there is always a colleague there to answer my questions or get things done. Andrew Crossman is without doubt the most capable, knowledgeable and caring respiratory therapist I’ve ever met. If you’re not happy with the support your getting, reach out to him. You won’t regret it.

I will never go anywhere else to buy my cpap supplies because Wendy makes it easy to find what I need and educates me on how to use the supplies properly. Wendy truly cares about her job and cares about the customers! If you are going to Homelife care ask for Wendy she is the best!
