They have created a service format that welcomes people from all walks of life, including those on the margins. They all find a warm welcome here. These are the people that Jesus loved and reached out to because they were so receptive of his message. Pastor Jim's sermons take us straight back to the words of scripture and show us how relevant they are for us even today – God is the same yesterday, today and forever. As a result many have responded over the years and found Christ and with it a new home at Home Church. If you are looking for God, answers to questions or a new church home we invite you to come and visit on a Sunday morning and get the straight goods from pastor Jim. We also have many groups and studies you can participate in to help you grow in your Christian faith. We love Home Church because it holds firm to the truths of scripture and preaches the Gospel. B	Brad Niessen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first time I attended Home Church Langley, I knew it was the church for me. Pastor Jim made me feel so welcome and at home and continues to do so. I had been out of the country for quite a long time and I was looking for a church, where I felt comfortable and welcomed. I did attend other churches before I came to HCL, but there was something missing. A friend of mine said I should try HCL, so I did and as they say, "the rest is history". Thank you Pastor Jim and everybody else, for accepting me and for showing me so much love. I truly have found my home, no regrets at all!

There is always a wide variety of songs sung. The Pastor is very knowledgeable and teaches the bible in language that is very understandable. The congregation is full of very friendly people and it's come as you are. This church is always reaching out to help in one way or another. I am very pleased to be a member of this congregation.

I really enjoy the worship, and would like to emphasize that singing songs and praising GOD through the music is a big deal. The songs have such a big connection to the sermons and the words have so much meaning. I really love Pastor Jim, because I can literally go to him about anything and he will help me, or give me advice. The Sermons are well written, and quite enjoyable to listen to, as Pastor Jim includes unique effects to help in learning about the scriptures being talked about. This church may be smaller than some, but everyone in this church cares, loves, and prays for one another. This church really does make me feel at home!

You will feel accepted and will be provided with opportunities to fill your soul with God's Word. I have been given so many opportunities to serve the Lord in this church by becoming involved with their children's ministry and assisting in operating the Powerpoint during worship. I have seen how the Pastor and church members make each person feel loved by recognizing significant events in their life, praying for them in times of celebration and suffering, and inviting them to the various small groups the church offers.

The worship team is always changing to keep you guessing but the music is always moving and full of praise. The sermons are given with passion and full of emotion. Pastor Jim is a dedicated pastor and an amazing individual with a huge heart. Truly a disciple of God. Sometimes there are guest speakers each of which I've been impressed by. Thia church definitely lives up to it's name and the congregation is constantly growing in numbers. Come give it a try, you will welcomed with open arms! ?

I enjoy the way our Pastor smiles when giving the sermon he is also a very compelling speaker. The holy Spirit is here with us and it is comforting uplifting and inspiring each Sunday. There are many study groups available to continue to feed ones soul.

It is really nice to have community time before the message. There are lots of opportunities for spiritual growth. One of the worship team leaders has reached out to me and I am thankful for her encouragement and interest in my music. I feel comfortable and accepted at Home Church and would definitely recommend it to any seeker or prodigal who is looking for a warm welcome and a way to connect with believers.
