The store is a little dated and messy (feels disorganized), waiting for a cashier is challenging but the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I was a little early but as I talked to the folks there about what I needed they didn’t wait and helped me by letting me in a few mins early to get what I needed. Keith, who helped me, was terrific in helping me get everything I needed, loaded into the truck and back heading home in less than a 15 minutes… and at a fair price. This store never disappoints! Always helpful staff and they’ll always find a way to over deliver. Can’t say enough about Keith. He was a great help, did more than I expected him to do and was very personable to boot! This is the best Home Hardware store I’ve dealt with!
