I had the pleasure of working with Megan to both sell my old home and buy a new one. Their realty fees are 100% worth every penny I paid. Megan and the team were responsive from Day 1 and Megan made sure to carefully walk me through how the whole process would work. Even in a crazy market, she made me feel like her only client, because she always took my requests in stride, making sure to let me see every house that fit my budget and needs. The way they set you up to view all possible options is also a very easy system to use and helped me pare down the many, many pages of house options in this crazy active market. I was able to find my house relatively quickly, and Megan really helped with finding the right house - pointing things out on the properties I may have missed and always telling me about resale values for the future,. Lynette and Nichole were really helpful with all the resources and messages on what happens next, once I bought one house and sold the other. They were there every step of the way, answering questions and even giving me emails about the waste collection schedule in my new neighborhood. Super thoughtful, and EXTREMELY well organized and professional, nothing was a surprise. There was a single hiccup in my entire experience with the team, and it was fully the fault of the other realtor, but Nichole and Trina got on it right away and really made me feel like an important client in the way they handled it. SUPER professional...these ladies are ON TOP OF IT. Seriously, I can't say enough about this team, and Megan specifically was just amazingly direct, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, timely and above all else, just a very real, honest and friendly person to work with.
