I went in for immediate dentures. My dentist was Dr.Sorenson. I paid for my dentures up front, when I went in for my appoinment, my 1 hour appointment turned into three hours, as 2 eye teeth and a stomach tooth broke and he had to dig for 2 hours. While all my gums were open, he administered a soft liner into my plates. Instead of having a next day appointment (which would have caught complications) he asked me to come back a week later) When I came back a week later, I explained the extreme pain I was in, and he left the foreign matter in my sockets, and proceeded to shave off my plates to accomodate the soreness. within 5 days, I texted the Boss, Deb Crowfoot regarding the experience, and the pain. He prescribed me antibiotics , and within a day of the text, I personally had to extract the "soft liner" that lodged itself in my socket that was starting major infection, and causing major headaches. When I went into the Boss, I showed him the foreign matter that I extracted, and asked for a new x-ray to show if any more was lodged into my gums. He did take the x-ray, and tried to tell me that normally he doesn't administer a soft liner immediately, but he will make sure I am taken care of, and I am happy with my new teeth. The staff on that day, all came and looked at the "soft liner" I extracted, and took pictures of. They kept the piece upon me leaving. During the Covid restricitions, I had to cancel a week appointment, I tried texting Deb Crowfoot regarding concerns I was having with my plates, but, I had Shelly, the office manager responding to me, explaining that they would refund my money and allow me to look elsewhere for future help. I was without dental care for 30 days. so 4 weekly appointments, because they did not feel that my concerns were valid. When I called the first week looking for my refund cheque, the office manager Shelly, proceeded to tell me that my initial dentist Dr. Sorenson was the top denture guy in their office. That he was Donny Osborn's dentist, and that no other dentist would refund my money. This was shocking to me, as I was only expressing my concerns about the fit, the shaving of my plates, the imperfection that was initially noticed in my plate, the liner that was pulled from my gums, after the fact that he looked and left it in there. Later, after Dr. Crowfoot took a pan x-ray, and told me I was clear, no more liner was in my gums, within a week, I pull more liner out of my top gum. I have since found a denturist to tend to making me all new plates, because I am embarrassed to say I have false plates, cause they look like after thought. I have never been so dissappointed with a clinic and their management. And I am appaulled that they expect you to spend that much money out of pocket, for such shawdy work. I have pulled huge pieces of liner out of my own gums, went through infection, and then been basically dumped by a clinic because I was not happy after spending over $4000.00 on junk. and being bullied into thinking because a dentist worked for Donny Osmund, that I should be celebrity struck versus happy with my plates. I am nothing but disgusted with the over all treatment from this clinic. And I have spoke with a few dentists, and denturists since my treatement with Hobbema Dental and they are all in awe that this has happened, however, not shocked.

Went to clinic 1 month ago, and was nice office and all. Dentist Dr . Sorenson fixed my teeth 3 cavities. My tooth is still sore af. Going to different dentist to fix or pull Sorenson mistake. Update what happend***
