Best Game store in Canada

T	Torie Heming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere for young and old to 'nerd out' playing Dungeons and Dragons, Magic the Gathering, or whatever other gaming delight happens to be going on! Food and drink are available for purchase, along with other gaming items at common/reasonable prices. My daughter and I will definitely be back next week and if you've never been, we recommend joining us!

From a magic players perspective these guys overprice merchandise then convince people from out of town to play at their store where they allow their locals to use proxies and tell them they are playing casual when every player has a competition deck (once again using proxies). Also out of town people appearently are not allowed to bring their own drinks and food because despite locals having their personal food and drink. The signs on the door not mentioning the rule. me and my wife were told we were not allowed and had to buy their refreshments. Never to return again!

S	Shayne E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you want a store that fulfills your wishes of constantly hearing a marital dispute between the owners? If you said yes, this place is for you! Complete with overpriced food that you can get from costco, no customer service whatsoever and listening to one of the owners complain about the country going communist. If you are a woman, don't expect the best treatment here, they only cater to a select few people as if it was a private club. If you give your number to them to contact you, expect call after call of "Are you going to show up tonight?" when they have no reason to contact you at least once a month.
R	Riley Sharp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s unfortunate that the only real game and hobby in town suffers from its management because it almost handcuffs the local community into withstanding more than necessary. Prices are miscommunicated or inflated, products are misrepresented, and if your ideas or opinions don’t align with the ownership, they won’t acknowledge them respectfully if at all. It’s good that the online community for many of the games they host are thriving because I would rather give up playing my favourites than spend my time in this environment. I would give zero stars if it allowed and I know others personally who would as well.
