About Hive Wellness Studio
I help you feel less alone in motherhood by listening, allowing your story to be told, finding your resilience and expressing your true feelings with expressive art therapy.
Find and keep your chill during the highs and lows of motherhood through my modern, mindfully creative, feminist, person centred approach. Motherhood is difficult and bittersweet AND you can feel, heal, love and lead with presence, patience and imperfectness!
I’m a social worker turned boy mom, and survivor of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Join me online or in my expressive art studio for eCourses, workshops, and classes aimed at moving you towards your well-est self.

The birthing class with Janna gave me and my partner the skills to manage through an unexpected (and scary) birth experience. Kim came over to my house a few days before Christmas to help me breastfeed without pain. And their 12-week program helped me find confidence as a new mom and to connect with new parents. Kayla made me a believer in art and helped me process lots of emotions I clearly needed to.
Every single thing I've done here has been truly game changing for me as a parent.

The 12 week program had lots of great content and the Art Therapy allowed you to connect with yourself and your feelings in a very easy and comfortable way. There are lots of different programs that she is introducing as well - like baby wearing and things for kids. It was an awesome experience bringing like minded people together.
