★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I hired Hive and Co to help us get our new vacation rental set up. The value that they provided is unmatched. Without their help, it would have taken us at least 2-3 months longer (if not more) to get our business up and running.
Emma and her team coordinated with the city to get our building and fire inspections sorted, and applied for our business license. They provided an inventory list for our unit, welcome booklet, signage, coordinated with a photographer for us, and created our listings on Airbnb and VRBO. Not to mention all the helpful tips they provided, since they see so many vacation rentals and really know what works and what doesn't.
Highly recommend Hive and Co to anyone who is getting into the vacation rental business. Best value and amazing service!
I am excited to now have Hive and Co take over the cleaning side our business as well!
