Founded in 2011, Hitic Energy Ltd. ("Hitic") is an emerging private junior oil and gas company based in Calgary Alberta. Over the next few years, Hitic will be focusing on the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of oil and gas properties mainly in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB).
With our experienced and skilled management team, Hitic aims to build and maximize our shareholder value. To achieve this goal, Hitic's business strategy is to locate identifiable hydrocarbon traps that could deliver large reserves and high economic recovery by using the latest oil and gas technologies both on current holdings and future acquisitions. In order to reduce risks and increase the number of evaluation targets, Hitic intends to team up with energy partners in many of our current projects, using farm-out/farm-in on HITIC's property interests to joint venture.
