All the details of the proposed work, handling of old shed destruction and removal, concrete work and assembly of the new shed was handled in a fast, efficient and professional manner. We found them easy to work with and are very pleased with our new shed.

Mike responded to my request for a quote quickly and helped clarify any questions I had regarding materials and site preparation. The turn-around time was excellent and the quality of workmanship was the best I had seen. The installation was fast plus the work site was left perfectly clean. I highly recommend Hishon Woodworking.

J	Jackie Zister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Mike Hishon enquiring about a shed for our backyard. He told me that there would be a $75 site fee. I agreed to this, sent him the e-transfer and then tried to set up a time with him to come via email but he did not arrange an appointment time after multiple emails. He asked for photos of the yard which I sent. After a couple weeks of back and forth, he sent me an email informing me that he had come to my house when I was not home, looked over my fence (as the gate is always locked) and decided he could not do the job based on a couple factors which were reasonable (low carport roof and narrow access). I asked if he would return my $75 since he never actually did a consultation with me and he refused!!!! I emailed him and explained that was not fair and he said that is the fee, period. I have worked with many contractors, good and poor ( and have never felt the need to write a review) but must say I was shocked by his lack of professionalism. I wish I had read the other reviews before even contacting this man. Just as an aside, we could have looked at the fence entrance on the other side of the house and we would have even offered to take down part of the fence to accommodate access if I had even been given the chance to meet with him (for the $75 he charged me!!!). ******* Thanks for the prompt response Mike and for the refund of the $75 fee.

Dealing with Mike has been super easy and the installation was quick…it’s perfect!

Installation was excellent put everything together in a few hours ..with alterations on the fly. Unfortunately the large beams started splitting now have huge gaps.."dry" wood .??‍♀️ I wasn't sure weather to go with his shingles or not or go with the people we just had do our house. We went with his & Shingles pebbles fall off all over my deck since day one??‍♀️ My husband wanted to Finnish the inside of the gazebos roof he was so excited ..he almost lost 2 fingers in the process..once they healed he finished the job . He was so excited to share with the Hishon's. But he didn't responded which I found rude and insulting . like so many people, we had driven by their place for years. Then when we're ready to start ..your nervous & super excited all at the same time. We expect a little gratitude for our business and a little respect.

We liked one shed and decided we would still like to hire Hishon, but after a couple of email exchanges he said he couldn't be bothered to answer our questions and told us he didn't want our business. How this company stays in business is a mystery.
