★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost never write bad reviews as I wish to promote positive feedback. I usually refrain from sharing bad experiences... but this one is next level terrible.
I ordered sushi to be delivered on a Thursday. On the bill and on the website it was written that the delivery was free. When the guy showed up, I was charged 5$ more, for delivery...
Alos, their App also said that my food would arrive at 7 PM but it actually showed up at 8 PM, one hour and a half after I ordered.
One of the rolls was so fishy, I had to through it out because I felt like it was going to make me sick...
And to add to this whole fiasco, I was served the most childish answer from who ever handles their answering service.
I kindly wrote to them to let them know these details in private because I didn't wanted to write a terrible review as it wasn't always like that over there... but the rudeness, the unprofessional customer service...
I will never ever again order from them. I do not recommend this establishment.
