★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to stay in Prince Albert, undoubtedly. The safest and the most cheerful neighborhood. Weidner Homes is doing an amazing job as always. Any issue would be solved within 2 to 4 hours of reporting. The property manager is a very friendly person. So far had no complains in anything. The Apartment celebrates every single occasion be it a festival or just a personal celebration. Makes you feel like home every single time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is quiet. Maintenance is poor. No Recycle Bin.
- The tenants in the building are quiet. Mostly elderly and families.
- Maintenance is slow to occur and the repairs never last. Washing machine and elevators are always down. Ventilation system does not work causing windows to ice up in the winter.
- Surrounding buildings are rowdy on the weekends (have had to call the police 3 times in the last 2 years for fights/domestics).
- Apartment building is old but clean. No problems with insects.
