Swollen Jaw = Infection. Dont need a consultation to tell I need antibiotics. Do you people even understand what "emergency dental treatment" is? EDIT: In response to below. I've had dentists in the GTA prescribe anti-biotics and pain killers over the phone when there were delays on their part. So I know it can be done. I also know my own body, and what type of anti-biotics work and don't work for me. I have visited the emergency room and received what I required now, no thanks to Hillside Dental Clinic.
M	Mathieu Piche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to take a moment to say we were quite offended by the treatment we recieved today and how frustrating it is to drive from Blind River to be on time for an 1130 appointment and to be left sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes while the doctor eats his lunch. I dont know what made you think my familys time is less important than your time, but you are sadly mistaken about that. Today was unacceptable, and when you combine this with the 2 times we drove up for our appointments from Blind River only to find out they were rescheduled and we werent notified, it really makes us feel like our business isnt that important to you.

I actually needed a root canal (dentist had informed me when back) and was just waiting for my dentist from another place to come back from holidays. Dentist was also very rude and rushed me out of the dental clinic when I had declined having my tooth shaved down.
T	Thomas Wallace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in quite a bunch of pain. So much I didn’t recognize how bad things had gotten. The Dentist’s here took the time to learn about me and my dental health. The work done was flawless, the time todo the work was long but that was because of what I had to get done. The staff was friendly and has been great to remind me when to come in! They have been quite the dental office, one I would most defiantly recommend!! Thank you for everything you’ve done. I can ? because of it!!

They made her another appointment for today only to tell her they couldn’t do it and she was going to be made an appointment out of town but you couldn’t figure this out last because nothing has changed. So now she has to wait even longer with the pain. What a joke of a dentist.
