Called several times being very nice asking status of order. They tell me their gonna call back and never do. Going with another company

No replies to emails, told multiple times over the phone that the order would be shipping soon. After a month I began calling every day. Was told they were finishing up the kits and it would be shipped out Wednesday. I was given a tracking # but guess what....they never actually shipped the product just gave me a tracking number to appease me. Well needless to say when it never arrived I got excuse after excuse and was told that UPS has it in Houston and has no clue why it hasn't delivered.....well guess what it won't deliver if you never ship it. Luckily we got our money back but I would steer clear of this company for any of your Pro Touring parts you need.

They gave us countless excuses and then told blatant lies around delivery and project completion. Picked up the truck expecting work was done but it wasn’t, and to top it off, was still billed for a completed contract plus extras. Total deal was fraudulent. Do not trust this company.

Called to ask for guidance and help with the install and if i could purchase newest version of some parts. Sent and email and called. Dawn answered the phone and talked to her team about my situation. She called back within a half hour. At that time she told me that since it was one of the 1st version they had built they offered to send me their latest version for the cost of freight. I can not put into words what this means to me. The first kit I ordered was received in a week as advertised. Excellent customer service and will be purchasing from them again. Dawn, Thanks for everything!

I lost a lot of funds . The only real reviews here are the ones like mine . Hpi customs is not worth a star , fraud ! Update: I placed a complaint with the BBB aug 22 , 2020 case was closed today nov 2 2020 with NO REPLY! this is unbelivable and poor ! Check out BBB . I am posting this to warn everyone else about them , they took my monies and did nothing , HPI is NOT a buisness you want to deal with. I am still wanting to resolve this case but dawn has gone silent as per usual and avoiding . DO not deal with this company nor purchase any of their products, save your self grief. Different name same out fit , beware.??

When I dropped the car off the tips were out of alignment and I had several rattles.... HPI Customs fixed all of these issues. The car and exhaust came out perfect and I will without a doubt be a repeat customer. Thanks again Tyler and Dawn!

I like there product but I am having issues with the emergency brake cable on my 1971 Chevelle.
