M	Milan Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, untrustworthy service. Do not go to these people for any reason. The multiple 1-star ratings are only here since a 0-star rating does not exist. Had a wedding to attend on the Canada long weekend, so I brought in 10 shirts on June 12th. Received 9 on the 14th and was told I needed to come in tomorrow for the 10th. No worries. Got busy and came in a week later to find out they lost it. No worries. One week away from the wedding I start to worry. I call them and check in everyday. They still haven't found it. Every time I go in, they're making phone calls and promising to look for it. This goes on until the day before the wedding. Finally I crack. I tell them I'm buying another shirt and I need to be compensated for it. They agree, since they haven't found the shirt. The next day, after the wedding is over, I receive a call. They found the shirt. .... What exactly am I supposed to do with it now? I go in and they REFUSE to issue a refund to me. They offer back the shirt I've been dogging them for weeks now. I already have the exact same shirt now! What do I need two of them for? They found it too late and won't take responsibility for it. I gave them a more than reasonable timeframe to find it.

We tried talking to her about our concerns, however she started arguing with us in front of other customers. She was so disrespectful to the point where she refused to do my alterations just because we expressed our concerns. Definitely not going back!!
A	Andre Hudson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our duvet over to be dry cleaned with a stain on it. He said it would be ready Thursday. We went Thursday to pick it up and he said it was not ready until Friday, O.K. that was fine, even though it was one promise broke, I am not hard to get along with. However, when I got my item back it was still very stained, hardly a noticeable difference. Even regular brown/black surface dirt was not removed. Very disappointed and when I told him I even waited a whole week for this, he said "it takes a long time for the wool duvet to dry", and I proceeded to tell him that "it should not have been wet in the first place as it was supposed to be dry cleaned". I told him he can simply give my 20 dollars back so I can take it to my old dry cleaner in Toronto (a 40 min drive) or face a slew of bad reviews. So here I am. I was not giving the item back to him for another week to try and fix what should have been right in the first place, when my dry cleaner in Toronto can do in 48 hours guaranteed. Stay away from this place! Glad I didn't take my silk sheets here.

The main reason I continue to be a customer with this location is because of the amazing customer service I get from the manager - I believe her name is Bella. She is very kind, polite and respectful. Even though my previous dry cleaner was literally a block away from me, I still drive out of my way an extra 10 minutes to come here - mainly for the customer service.

The order was Dry cleaning 2 Blazers and 1 Over coat to be Dry Cleaned and little Repair in seam of inner lining. One Tweed blazer was cleaned correctly, second 100% Virgin Wool Blazer has been shrunken from Medium to now Small size, The over coat was cleaned but the repair is done in worst possible way, the stitching was done by hand by putting 1 stitch in space of four stiches, I pointed it to them and requested a better service. The further repair took 3 weeks as the repair lady was not well. After 3 weeks, the stitching was still not done correctly, with inner lining pulled in a way that it started pulling & folding the outer wool in really ugly way. I had to get the coat repaired again but this time from a professional & experienced service provider.
