Our fleet offers the right vehicle for whatever job. We have 16 Power units from 1 tons to 5 tons and tractors, 20 trailers from 20 ft to 53 ft, plus decks and power end gates of various sizes. All of our equipment is on a regular maintenance schedule so your goods are never stopped en route due to engine trouble. The ability to deliver is most important to us, and we take it seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an encounter with one of their drivers today. He was picking up a load in edmonton, he told me how much of hurry he was in because he needed to in red deer by 1630. I had this encounter at 1530. This clearly a unreasonably pushed driver. I have hifab a red flag for this. What kind of company expects their drivers to work like this. I departed the yard 1600, an the truck in question was still being loaded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an encounter with a very poor truck driver .Not only did he cut me off once but twice and then a third time and then proceeded to cut off 7 more people.I then phoned the operations manager Jeremy and he just told me that I was trying to argue with him instead of just saying. "okay I can have a chat with him. Thanks for the call". Too bad you couldn't even pretend to care, maybe when he seriously injures someone or cost Hifab loads of money in vehicle repairs you will finally have a chat with your driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a delivery form this company and they needed me to get someone to meet them on site. They called me at at 1pm and said he was going to be there in 15 minutes. I told him my buddy was going to be 45mins at least. He said fine so my buddy was a little late because of traffic and got there at 2pm, I thought everything was fine but they charged me an extra $90 on top of the $200+ I paid for the delivery, very sneaky because I didn't get a time and when I call to dispute it and tell him what happened I said I wouldn't use the company again if they wouldn't refund it. He rudely kept saying he didn't want my business just pay the charges. Very unprofessional and I won't be using them again
