★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last 12 years we would have happily given Hand's Fireworks a five star rating. Staff have been wonderful to deal with and our association with them has in turn made our show fantastic. Lo and behold new owners are now in place and in spite of their emails assuring us that nothing would change we are now between a rock and a hard place. Staff is no longer willing to even take our order. Multiple emails have been sent and there hasn't even been a response. How sad that this once successful business has collapsed in just the last few months. Hopefully Winnipeg will be able to help us out because an Ontario company sure doesn't want to deal with a good Ontario customer. Edward Stewart is not our name but this review seems to be credited to him. What a joke.
