★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vous ne voulez pas que vos biens soient endommagés ne faites pas affaire avec cette compagnie. Ils nous ont fait livré de la marchandise de chez Réno-Dépôt mon père à dit au chauffeur de la déposer sur le gazon à partir du trottoir. Le chauffeur à dit OK et il a rentrer avec son Forklift dans mon stationnement pour déposer la marchandises. Résultat notre pavé uni est affaissé. Nous avons contacter la compagnie pour leur informer de l'incident il ont cherché à mettre le blâme sur nous ont disant que le chauffeur a agit à la demande de mon père et le chauffeur à soi-disant voulu l'accommodé en roulant sur le pavé uni hors mon père n'a jamais fait une telle demande. Après cela ils ont envoyé un contracteur pour soit disant fixer leur dégât. Mon père est surpris qu'ils sont arrivé avec un sac de sable. Lorsque le contracteur est arrivé sur place mon père lui a montré les dégât et il ont conclu tous les deux que les dommages sont plus grand qu'un simple sac de sable et le contracteur à dit qu'il reviendrai hors il n'est jamais revenu. Après quelques semaines ils nous ont envoyé une lettre pour dire nous avons refusé la réparation avec les sac de sable et ils ont cherché encore une autre fois à nous blâmer pour l'incident. Après nous n'a vont jamais revu leur faces. VRAIMENT DU N'IMPORTE QUOI!!!!
If you don't want your property damaged, don't do business with this company. They had merchandise delivered to us from Réno-Dépôt, my father told the driver to drop it on the lawn from the sidewalk. The driver said OK and he drove his Forklift into my parking lot to drop off the goods. As a result, our paving stone is sagging. We contacted the company to inform them of the incident they sought to put the blame on us saying that the driver acted at the request of my father and the driver supposedly wanted to accommodate him by driving on the pavement united outside my father never made such a request. After that they sent in a contractor to supposedly fix their damage. My father is surprised that they came with a bag of sand. When the contractor arrived on site my father showed him the damage and they both concluded that the damage was bigger than a simple bag of sand and the contractor said he would come back out he never came back . After a few weeks they sent us a letter saying we refused the sandbag repair and they again sought to blame us for the incident. Afterwards we never saw their faces again. REALLY ANYTHING!!!!
