A	Andrea P.A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is confortable and nice. Good lightning and internal temperature. The big problem here is the waste containers. All the time are full. A couple of times I went to put my garbage and others' garbage felt on me.

It would be nice to have these bins emptied more often but the Broadstreet employees who quickly handle this situation are to be complimented.

Facility manager has never introduced themselves nor am I confident they ever pick up their phone. Always goes to the 24/7 number to leave a message. Have made a couple of suggestions regarding level of noise from suite above especially when we have higher ceilings and the pipe level we experience is even louder! Remember this when building. Should have definitely soundproofed these places better when they were actually building. At this point, May be the reason I move.

Missed opportunities to have one of two bathrooms with a walk-in shower - catering to seniors - who generally stay longer and hold a vested interest in upkeep. Again missed opportunity to provide good kitchen lighting that lights up the work areas, a need to walk across the kitchen to turn on the light instead of providing a 3-way plug by the suite door, dim and insufficient lighting in bathrooms, a pocket door for laundry room making space usage more efficient and no infrastructure to create a community of renters all vested in looking after neighbors and property. Their site managers receive inadequate training, don’t follow through on commitments and never introduce themselves. I am pleased with the space but not necessarily the company. Missed opportunities is the theme.
