I would not rent from this landlord Suzy... She will try to raise your rent without notice, then will send to collections without a chance to pay her. She will walk right into your apartment unannounced with zero notice. She won't provide you with proof of signed documentation when you request it. Her supervisor claims she's worked with them for 15 years so they won't do anything to protect tenants from this landlord.
