Heritage Hill Denture Clinic - Calgary

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father as he does not speak English. I was there for translating purposes and personally oversaw all the procedures. My father and I are extremely pleased with services received at Heritage Hill Denture Clinic. Tim Kohler is the best denturist in Calgary. He is professional and diligent in his work. During our visits, we felt very comfortable and pleased with the communication and work done. Tim will ensure you have the best dentures that will be not only esthetical but comfortable and work the best for you. It was truly a fantastic experience for us. I would highly recommend that everyone goes to Tim for their dental needs. 10/5 stars.

My experience with Tim has simply been amazing. I had 4 implants done a couple years ago by I won’t mention the dentist but two went terribly wrong. The pain was excruciating another year later I had to have them redone. Tim was always there with answers to my questions and he was a great line of support. He never ever surprised me with some hidden costs and always had time for me. I have had a few sets of partials and plates now and Tim has yet to disappoint. I highly recommend Tim and Heritage Hill Denturist Clinic. ? I even recommend him to my customers.

After using a different clinic and having horrible results I was introduced to Tim and Nancy. I can tell you if you are in need of a denture the only team in Calgary is at Heritage Hill Denture Clinic. Tim is an absolute artist at his craft. Nancy is genuine and amazing, Tim and Nancy have changed my life and I now have the smile I have always wanted. There are not enough words that can express my gratitude for the amazing difference these two professionals have made in my life.

This may be a bit long, as reviews go, but only because there are so many positive things that can be said for Tim and his Heritage Hill Denture Clinic. One of the things that I have mentioned in the past as one of my biggest pet peeves whenever obtaining a service, is the total lack of pride of ownership in one's craft. Not the case at the Heritage Hill Denture Clinic. In fact, Tim could give a master class in what it means to have this pride of ownership in one's craft! Tim is not just a perfectionist. He definitely is, but that is far too clinical a description for what he does. He is an absolute artist in what some may think is about as mundane a profession as one could have. Not in a very long time, have I met someone offering a service, who cares so passionately about what he does. And this passion spills over into how much he cares about his clients. Let's face it, no one actively seeks out having dentures made. It's usually due to having a problem with one's teeth, or in a case like mine, the result of a devastating accident. (As well as an earlier issue with still having a baby tooth as an adult and the problems associated with that.) And I was no simple case either. I required a partial denture for the bottom right and a full upper denture. Compounding these issues, is the fact that I am a disabled senior, trying to make ends meet with an incredibly small disability pension. None of this mattered to Tim. What mattered to Tim, was providing me with the very best dentures I could possibly have. And he did that! With flying colours! Tim is kind, considerate, careful and compassionate. The most important thing is for him to provide you with an absolutely stress-free experience. And he did that! With flying colours! I never in my life would've thought that having a denture made, could be an enjoyable experience, but thanks to Tim, it was! The two dentures that Tim created for me can be best described as, sublime. Not the description one would usually associate with dentures, however, it is the description most fitting in this case. They are flawless! The fit is so perfect, it's hard to even tell I have any type of appliance in my mouth at all! And that "invisibility" is, to me, what makes a truly excellent denture. I can't thank Tim enough! And not just for an exceptional product and service, but for his humanity in providing both. He gets my highest recommendation and I will be telling everyone and anyone who will listen to me, what an incredible product and service Tim provides! Thank you Tim! You truly deserve each and every one of the accolades I have read here!

Tim and Nancy are a great team, they are very kind and non-judgmental and we provide you with exceptional care. Tim will be an absolute perfectionist when creating your dentures. There was a bit of a build issue with my bottom partial and Tim was amazingly patient and took great care of me to be sure my denture was up to his standards. He also created my upper denture they both fit great the most natural looking dentures I have ever had Thank You Tim and Nancy!!!

This is the place you want to go and Tim is absolutely the person you want to help you when you need any kind of partial or denture. He is professional, informed, highly skilled, meticulous with detail, warm and empathetic. My experience with Tim at Heritage Hill Denture Clinic was so far and above previous experiences I have had at other places - that I was amazed. Tim's manner, understanding and knowledge base set me at ease immediately. and I had a lot of fear going in. Tim is an expert in his craft and it shows. I felt informed and cared for every step of the way and I am SO happy with the final results.They fit perfectly, are very comfortable and my teeth look beautiful. Now I am willing to smile again, its such an emotional relief. A step above the rest. I will never go anywhere else now! Dr. Kohlen is a caring, very talented Denturist. I had to reschedule my appointments 3-4 times, and he did not charge for no show fees. I unfortunately had many teeth removed so in need of dentures. I was very nervous and thought that there is no way I can smile again. After Dr.Kohlen had my teeth ready and put them in he gave me the mirror and I have been smiling so much. They look so real no one would guess there not my real teeth. Also so easy to pop in and take out. I am truly blessed my dentist Recommended Dr. Kohlen.

I've had a pleasure to have consultation with Tim about my existing dentures. I've experienced the highest level of professionalism and willingness to help, even without prospect for future benefits for his business. Thank you very much, Tim. Update after 4 months: I have decided to discard my lower denture, made by other denturist (sad story), and ask Tim to make me a new one. Wow! What a difference! Tim's denture needed only couple adjustments. Whole work was done with the utmost attention to details. I can enjoy eating my meals again. One more time, thank you very much, Tim.
