★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better off calling a bum off the street than to call them. Hands down the worst service i have ever received. I told them over the phone the issue and that i had a lennox furnace only to have the service technician ignore the smell and continually repeat "Theres nothing i can do on a lennox furnace" as she ran out the door. Didn't even try to narrow down the issue. Wouldn't answer any of the questions i had just repeated "i cant stay here I'm not getting paid" after i reiterated that Im happy to pay whatever it costs, i just need it fixed and to have heat in my house. As a tradesman... i am very disappointed in every aspect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience with Hercules Heating and Plumbing. Called needing service on my furnace. As it turned out it was a warrantee issue with the part and the tech advised that I should contact the company that originally installed the part a few weeks ago. I offered to pay their time for the service call and was told not too worry about it. Just shows that are an honest and trustworthy company with whom I won't hesitate to call again with any heating or cooling needs I might have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed our furnace fixed, and had a lady come in who was very unprofessional! She was here for about 20 minutes, and kept saying “I need to leave because I’m not getting paid!” My husband told her he would happily pay for her service even if she couldn’t fix it. She told us to get someone else to deal with it and basically ran out the door as we were trying to ask her questions about what was wrong with the furnace. Poor customer service, wont be calling them again.
