A lovely voiced young woman answers the phone and pleasantly provides you with all the info you need. I think customer service really begins on the telephone. Thanks for that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a hard time dealing with this company. They were good at taking my money but that was about it. Scheduling took weeks and I had to chase them. Then getting the report took weeks after they showed up, I had to chase that as well. Some will say I deserved that for paying upfront, but I thought they were a reliable company. I couldn't have been more wrong.
