★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this company to assist me with a tax problem, they have a very impressive meeting room and the ability to talk about how they can help. At the first meeting, they laughed at the company i had been using prior. Well, 3 yrs later, after paying 2.5 times more to get my tax returns completed, I am in the same position and they have profited from my situation. I would not recommend this firm, their work in no better than H&R Block with a much higher cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst company I ever dealt with. I own a small roofing business and asked these guys to do my taxes. They had a miscommunication and told me they did my books instead. My initial quote for year end was 3000 but as they didn’t understand directions i was charged 4000$ to not even have 6 months of my books filed. After everything was explained that I only wanted my taxes done and not my book keeping the owners response himself was “well the best thing that can happen is for you to pay me my 4000$ then take your books else where”. So I paid him 4000$ to return my books and I took them to a much more professional accountant out of grande prairie. After taking my books to a new accountant she informed me my company was small enough I couldn’t be charged taxes but this incompetent “Herbert and sons” company had filed a 40,000$ dividends against my small business. The only reason I can see for this is 1. They are as terrible and incompetent at their job as I assumed after taking to the owner. Or 2. They did not like the fact that I was unhappy paying them 4000$ for their mistake and a 40,000$ dividend was filed out of spite. I will never deal with these guys again and I hope this review helps people stay far away from them as well
