โ โ โ โ โ This is one of the best places on Pembina! I've been going here for years now, the owner is very polite and the place is very nice. They have comfortable couches to sit on, magazines to read, and they usually play a video or movie to keep customers entertained. If your looking for a haircut, you can always trust Hera.

I made a phone call to inquire if I would like to make an appointment. I haven't had a haircut in Winnipeg yet, and this is a salon I found on the map.
I called and he told me I needed an appointment, and I said I didn't find one online. He told me to just call, thank you, and hung up on me.
I was so confused, I got hung up for no reason, I don't know what happened. So I called back and said why did you hang up on me? I just wanted to make an appointment. ?

I wouldn't give this salon a star if I could. Your staff is so rude and rude.

โ โ โ โ โ Went for the first time today hoping to get a bad haircut from a different salon fixed and the experience was so great! The stylist was so attentive and really took his time cutting my hair, making sure it was what I wanted. Will absolutely be going back for my next trim!
