โ โ โ โ โ Made a last minute appointment with Kevin one day, it was Great! I was amazed with all his knowledge beyond massage therapy, he helped me with targeted stretching exercises for my pelvic tilt. I would Highly recommend booking with Kevin for anything that's bothering you.

โ โ โ โ โ I am so glad I came here. Cailey was absolutely amazing, honestly the most knowledgeable & compassionate healthcare practitioner Iโve had the pleasure of encountering.
She taught me SO much about my unique body while she did amazing work on me. She went above & beyond to educate me on how to best care for my body in a physical way that will also address deep roots of my emotional trauma. I canโt recommend her enough. All the way home I was just like โthat was Amazingโ.
At the end of our session it was so much easier to practice proper posture. I left feeling so empowered & relaxed. Best money Iโve spent probably ever. Thank you Cailey!

โ โ โ โ โ In the past I have enjoyed my massages from Henderson Massage. I called today to try and book an appointment and was advised the usual RMT I see is "medically exempt from wearing a mask". I'm not sure why my RMT who is in their 30's and smokes cigarettes can't wear a mask, but my mother in her 50's who is on 24/7 oxygen still manages to wear a mask. This is incredibly dissapointing and bad for business.

โ โ โ โ โ So wonderful ?, I feel so relieved from the pain on my leg. They treat you with respect, they explain every bit to you as it goes. Keep talking to you not to be bored and you feel relaxed and sleep off during the proceeding, so gentle and deep massage. I feel so cool. Thank you so much woke up so super and better this morning. I feel good ?.

โ โ โ โ โ Henderson Massage is the place to go for wellness. I've used a variety of services offered and never have been disappointed. I've been seeing George for Osteopathy since he started there, and he is phenomenal. I started seeing Kevin at the beginning of the year for visceral and cranio sacral treatments and his knowledge and talents are way beyond any massage therapist I've ever been to. With the help and encouragement of Kevin and George my body has finally been given a chance to reset and I've honestly never felt better. The staff at the front desk are always fantastic to chat with as well, I love the reminder calls!

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed with the place. I was late by 20 mins for the 90 mins appointment, so instead if giving me the remaining time of 70 mins, they decided to charge me a no show fee of $60! They even made sure the massage therapist left the building before calling me to say I'm late, so nothing else they could do other than charging the no show fee. The attitude of the receptionist was terrible, hinting "we have enough customers already, we don't care if you want to come back or not". I definitely will NOT come back and will NOT recommend this place to anybody else. There are other places in the area which are much more professional. I seek massage therapists for peace and relaxation, not such frustration and anger like this. Sorry for the long rant and thanks for reading my review.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible receptionist. Her name is Arabella. I booked my appointment at 9am for today only to find out that she didn't booked me with Dr. Deval. She even insist that I did not book my appointment, raising her voice on me, how dare you and didn't even bother to apologize! On my first visit, she doesn't know how to directly charge on my insurance so I end up using my husband's insurance. So incompetent! She wasted 1 hour of my time!

Hi Shannon. Good morning. I just saw your response to my review. I would not waste my time coming to your clinic if I know i didn't book for my appointment. She is not paying attention. And I suggest you give an appointment card, which i believe you don't have, so next time this happens, customers have a proof of booking.
And as for your offer, who would want to come back the same day for a free massage after what happened? I have other errands too. Thanks for your offer anyway, but I actually don't need it at this time, maybe in the future. Thanks!
