★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was stressful thinking about my son attending daycare, especially during COVID-19; however I could not be happier with HHD Millbrook!! The staff are amazing and watching my son comfortably go to them assures me that he's in good hands. The communication with the team is my favourite part; with the assistance of the HiMama app I feel like I'm still connected to my son during the workday and love getting the updates about his day.
I know parents who have sent their children to other Helping Hand Daycares (Courtice & Whitby) and I hear the same. They are so professional, and have kept our children safe, especially during COVID-19. So professional, caring, and I would highly recommend them to any parent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Helping Hands Millbrook as a daycare provider. I have two children in the pre-school aged program who absolutely love going each day. They come home and talk about new things they’ve learned and friends they got to socialize with. The staff are warm, friendly and provide exceptional care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our daughter is really shy, so we were really nervous to send her to daycare. The staff are so friendly and understanding, and keep us updated with photos and info all day on the app. She settled in really quickly and loves going now :) We are very happy with the quality of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started our 9 month old daughter last week and she absolutely loves it! She seems so excited to see everyone at drop off . I love seeing the photos through the day and all the updates . We are very happy with the daycare and highly recommended it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son has been at Helping Hands since October’ 2020 and we have really loved our experience with them. We feel completely safe sending our son there with their Covid protocols and how they have been handling everything. The staff has been amazing and always give us a report at the end of the day. We love the HiMama app that they use. We get updated photos, know what the meals/snacks for the day are, when diaper changes are, how long naps are and if we need to bring any supplies in. We would highly recommend this daycare to other parents!
