My friend ordered flowers and gave Credit Card info over the phone thinking they had been purchased she went on with her day and a cple days later gets a message that the flowers werent paid for and they want an interact e transfer as well as giving her a hard time they picked the flowers back up telling her its intentional theft pointing fingers and being blatantly rude over what seems like a simple mistake on their end and should have been handled more professionally with less accusations.

The ladies at Heier Designs are fabulous and anytime that I have flowers to send, they are my GO-TO! They always do a great job with design, even when I specifically ask them to cater to my non-traditional taste. Great service, pricing and selection. What more could you ask for?!

I really dislike leaving bad reviews especially for a Small Business. However, I have made an exception here as my experience was beyond unprofessional. I usually order flowers 3-4 times per year here, not often but enough that I am a repeat customer and they should have my contact information on file as I'm on their rewards program. In the past my experiences were always positive. This time was entirely different. I called to order flowers for a birthday on October 1st (Friday around noon), I paid over the phone, everything went smoothly! I basically said put a nice pretty bouquet together for me, whatever you see fit. They did exactly that and had the flowers delivered. On Monday around 5pm they contact me in this text cryptic message demanding payment with e transfer or a credit card number by the end of the day. Honestly, it looked like many of spam messages I've received from "rich princes/princesses overseas" as it was exactly that, demanding and cryptic. I later googled the number and there was nothing connected to it (it wasn't their business number) after that I completely disregarded the message as it made no sense. Shortly after I received 3 calls from 2 different numbers. I didn't take too much note as I was busy and I didn't recognize the numbers. The next day I receive a message from the person I had sent flowers too. She was contacted by the florist to confirm my information. They then asked her how she usually gets a hold of me, and she responded Facebook. They indirectly asked her to message me on Facebook to contact them right away, and she did message me. Confused, I quickly called back as soon as I got the message. The lady I spoke to quickly barked at me for giving her an invalid credit card saying they have tried every day to get a hold of me (which was not true, they tried 4 days later), etc. and was being extremely rude after I asked if it was normal for them to contact the receiver of flowers. After a bit of back and fourth I said I would just come in and pay when I had a chance. They then sent me another threatening text saying they would repossess these flowers by 3pm if they had not received payment. They told me I was intentionally stealing from them and told me I created this bad situation. Had these flowers been for a funeral and not a birthday, I can't imagine what the receivers reaction would be. I was actually mortified by this. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism anywhere. After I received this threatening text I did not want to deal with anyone there. I had someone else call in and confirm my credit card number, turns our they had written down the wrong expiry date. It was their mistake. They offered no apology and continued to be rude to the caller. On another note, they recorded my credit card info insecurely and had it sit for 4 days before even trying to process it.... I will not return for multiple reasons. I generally always give anyone the benefit of the doubt but in this circumstance I was left speechless. I will not return and and I do not recommend. I sincerely hope that nobody will the same experience I did and that they can learn from this.

This place has always been very handy, right on main street, and if that isn't convenient enough, they also do delivery. The staff has always been helpful with great suggestions, and patient when deciding gets tricky. Their selection is great, and the quality has always been fantastic.

WOW, Thank you for helping me with my flower order, Its hard to order from once province to another, you guys were great! Especially during a snow storm. You still managed to help me get flowers to a special person on her Big Birthday and they were Exactly what I asked for. Great Job!!! Great Service!!! Great Outcome!!!
