If you could give 0 stars that's what they would get ... No idea about what's going on very bad communication and if they make a mistake they dont fix it .... Only have insurance with them because I have no choice its mandatory at work

Worst customer service EVER! Took my money but cut my benefits! Can't get anyone on the phone to help! Just a bunch of BS and lies telling me to be patient. I'VE BEEN WAITING 7 MONTHS FOR YOU TO DEAL WITH MY ISSUES AND NO ONE CALLS OR EMAILS BACK! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY

Do not recommend this insurance company! As mentioned by others if I could rate them zero I would. Poor communication and lacks responsibility for correcting their faults . When an error occurs they come after you for money but when they take money from you and you are rightfully owed they make you jump through ridiculous hoops and constraints. Not even worth it. I’ll cut my losses. Please look elsewhere if by choice. I’ve never been dooped so hard before and thank goodness I no longer work where these are the mandatory fools on the other end.

You too can live like its 1970 again! To say useless customer service would be a compliment saying you get any sort of service. Their policies are written by dinosaurs - there no docusign or anything electronic that can be done with their paperwork, making moving to a different province a nightmare to deal with them. Original ink copies are apparently all they understand in their bubble from the modern world. Get with the times HEB the internet is not that scary, maybe recycle some of those old relic managers once in a while!

Had a very bad experience with them. They will not let me cancel my family benefit plan ONLY because I didn't inform them within 60 days of getting alternate coverage while on an LOA. Their policies need to be updated and they don't seem to care about their customers. Seems like a money grab to me.
