★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great walk, a little slippery in the winter. But great for a spring or summer walk. Not too busy either. Great view of the sunset over the hills. I like going here often. It has a really nice view from the bridge across the river under the henday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most underrated parks (and trail) in the city. The trail goes from the neighbourhood of Haddow, underneath the powerlines, all the way across the Whitemud Creek Ravine, to the neighbourhood of Blue Quill / Sweet Grass. A total of 5.5 km each way with interesting terrain changes. It is perfect for training. There are many locations along the trail you can park your vehicles. West of Heath Road, you can take the trail all the way to the Anthony Henday and go across the North Saskatchewan River to Cameron Height.
