I was able to buy a very difficult to get vehicle and when I called in, Bob answered the phone and was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. As I was from out of town, he was always keeping me up-to-date and easy to communicate to. Renee at the finance department was a sweetheart. Thank you Bob and Renee and the rest of the team. Top notch service and experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was so interested to get new Rav4 but when i enter into dealership it was like they are not interested to sell had a test drive i like that suv no doubt but sales person wasn't helpful at all so i took my business to Honda and got a suv in 2 hours. big big 0 out of 10 and they dont even ask you or call you again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I found the vehicle I was looking for at this dealership. It was a Sienna Hybrid with a waiting list of 6-10 months in the lower mainland.
I was talking to Mike and Renee. In comparison to dealers near Vancouver, Heartland was a breath of fresh air.
The local Vancouver dealers for the most part were absolutely adamant that all deposits are non refundable even if you have to order without seeing the vehicle. Heartland made it simple, once I decided the trim level is not what I wanted within 24 hours, it was an immediate refund.

I have had my eye (and heart) set on a Highlander for years and I was ready to buy one, which became an impossible task in Kamloops. I contacted Heartland and was contacted by Bob right away to let me know that there were two available. Bob was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. We also dealt with Renee who made signing all the papers a breeze! I am SO, so happy with my new vehicle. This was my first new vehicle and Bob and Renee made the whole experience enjoyable!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a part for my truck and it came before it was supposed to. That never happenens.The staff who answered the phone was apologetic that he didnt havw part available. And he asked lots of questions to ensure that i got the right one. Staff were helpful ansd freindly. And I didnt get approached by a salesman trying to sell me a car. Yay! I love my truck.

He and his team were very professional too. A breath of fresh air compared to another in-town dealership which had taken our deposit for a car we liked and then went on to sell that car out from under us.
Our car has gone for some long 5+ hour drives since we purchased it from Bob. It behaves great and gets good gas mileage - We love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had terrible experience when JOHN TATE pick and choose customers. We were super interested in a vehicle there. First he said it was AVAILABLE ON THE PHONE and after he knew we were from the Lower Mainland he completely changed his tone and being so ridiculous! Here is the photo for proof! He said to send Drive License and that’s what we did. I do not know if you can see the picture I uploaded so if the dealership is seeing this please contact me and I can send it to you! I do not accept this kind of customer service.
