Science is catching up to what horse people have always known. "There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a human" (Winston Churchill) Being in the presence of and interacting with horses is beneficial to our emotional and psychological well being. I attended a 7 week Equine Assisted Learning facilitator training at Cartier Farms in 2010. I am a certified Life Coach through CCF and a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. In addition, I have been working with horses for decades. Being a survivor of childhood trauma I have a deep understanding of the healing powers of the horse No matter where you are on your journey this workshop will support your growth and healing.
