★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been doing yoga with Carleen now for 2 1/2 years - just over one year in person and mostly online since COVID, and it's been such a pleasure. Carleen is a wise and caring instructor. She offers a holistic approach integrating the gentle physical practice, with mental and spiritual insights too. She always attends to her students' individual needs by altering the focus of a session or suggesting modifications. I'm 60ish and this is just what I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carleen's book started with shock value for me because I didn't know what to expect, and was exposed to the author's childhood with raw and gripping detail. As she slowly explained her Kundalini Awakening through the memories & vignettes, my appreciation grew not just for her transformation but for her depth of knowledge.
Carleen enmeshed Eastern Spirituality with the West and used beautiful anecdotes from Buddhism, Taoism, and Yoga to enlighten the reader. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, its style, and its depth. Must read for anyone on a spiritual journey, looking for inspiration to heal and contemplate on the various lessons life presents.
I also REALLY enjoyed collaborating with her for a manifestation workshop and find her work to be truly heart-centred and well internalized. She's such a wonderful human being and coach.

After a Learn to Meditate series I took with Carleen I’ve become a long-time consistent daily meditator for the past 7 years which has transformed my life in so many positive and meaningful ways. I continue to study with her still. She comes from the heart with clarity , authenticity and substance which translates in her teaching. I would highly recommend her meditation and yoga classes.
