★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was walking my dog and stopped to look into business through window. Unknowingly my dog pooped behind me. I’m very vigilant as I have 10 poop bags on my leash. The lady owner ran out and tore me a new one. I told her I didn’t see him do it or I Would have picked it up. She said if he stops then I should stop and look. (I’m the one who stopped and dog behind me. She said she didn’t believe me. I showed her my leash full of bags and I’m a responsible dog-owner.She complained about her dilemma as others haven’t and people walk in her business with poopy shoes. I told her I understand her dilemma but to not accuse me when she didn’t know the truth and undermine my integrity. I picked up poop but without opening her door and tear her a new one too. I do get my nails done but Never going here. There was 1 customer in her store and her husband appeared to tell her to stop then she yelled at him as well in front of her 1 customer: unbelievable. If there was a Zero option I would have picked that. Good luck with your business.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left the salon and only once I got home did I realize how messed up my nails looked. 3 of my nails look as if giant chunks were taken out of them and then there's polish on top so I know it was left like that on purpose. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first walked in the lady immediately started talking to my friend even though I was there first. That might sound a little petty but it was a bit annoying. After that my best friend had the acrylics put on first and the lady was very chatty. However when it was my turn the lady was very rude. After that when t was time to file she cut me pretty bad. And it stared bleeding. She didn’t stop to ask if I was ok, she just laughed and told me that I shouldn’t be a baby about it. I’m not going back. I would much rather go to Edna’s salon! I did like the end product though

The woman I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and booked me in. When I arrived there wasn't a single customer inside, the lady had me sit immediately and asked me if I wanted my nails shorter, I requested just a little shorter, she filed down my nails and went to show me, I told her they were good and she said "no, shorter!" And continued filing until they were incredibly short.
She then took the color off and got mad at me for the nails lifting.
She filed the color off and then started filing the acrylic until my fingers were burning and used the drill to shape my nails which cut me in several places. When it hurt I would twitch or pull away slightly and she tugged me back, hard. She continued this throughout the service, even grabbing me by the wrist at one point and jolting me forward. When she didn't ask about the shape I thought it was because she assumed I wanted the previous shape I had, she wouldn't have been wrong. However when she showed me the shape they were square and uneven, unlike the slightly rounder almond shape I came in with, but I had been there well over and hour and my fingers hurt and bled so I left it to fix on my own time.
The new polish has bumps and craters none of the nails match in shape or length some nails look like they've just been filled others look like they've been grown out for 2 weeks.
Perhaps there are other fantastic techs there however this experience has led me to not come back.
