I called HazForce and spoke with Jon and he came to our house that same afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and professional about our issue and put us at easy right away. Jon spoke with our contractor and met with him at our home the next day to talk to him about our issues. Jon was able to fit us in his work schedule and a crew came out the next week. They did an excellent job. They completed it when they said they would, there was no hidden charges and everything was tidied up when they left. Jon then went the extra mile and called that same evening to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Would highly recommend HazForce.

Mike and his team were very quick to complete the asbestos remediation for our project on Saltspring Island. From initial site visit/quoting to being done and out of the house in 2 weeks. Very happy with the service from Hazforce and we will definitely be using them in the future for any hazmat remediation needed.

The home we recently bought ended up containing drywall asbestos on the entire upper floor. Expected due to the age of the home. We were told from companies and people we talked to to expect to wait 3-5 months to be able to get anyone in to remove it. I reached out to Hazforce and they were able to book us in months sooner. Their reviews were amazing, we had one of the gentleman come up and look at our home, we were expecting the worst from what we’ve read and heard, but when given the quote we almost fell over. Was way less than what we were expecting. Communication before , during and after was incredible. Their workers ….. words can’t even describe how hard they worked, the hours they put in. Meanwhile it’ was snowing , roads were terrible. Was super impressed , you don’t see the type of work ethic these two had very often these days. When we got access back to the home, you couldn’t even tell they had been there. The place was clean. Only way I could tell they were there was by the fact that I could now see from one end of my house to the other ? We have already recommended them , and will continue to do so. Thanks Hazforce! !

We would like to leave positive review for Hazforce Environmental Ltd. Our 85 yr old home had vermiculite insulation in the attic with a high possibility of containing asbestos, old pink fibreglass, a small drywalled room that was built to house a grow-op. The attic was also home to a small number of bats. A comprehensive home assessment was done for vermiculite and mold abatement by a knowledgeable representative who took the time to explain the job step by step and clarify anything we didn’t understand to our satisfaction. The estimate was clearly written and itemized, making it easy to refer to for costs of the job descriptions. Everything was taken care of from hazardous material removal, 3rd party air quality testing, reinstallation of new R40 cellulose insulation, and finally certificates of proof should we sell our home in the future. Hazforce crew were professional and friendly with good work standards, they always arrived on time. We were kept updated with photo’s as the job progressed. Their crew foreman was on site daily to manage anything that came up. Our bat issue was remediated according to B.C. conservation laws, evicted alive and well and attic vents protected so they could not return. Grow-op room studs and drywall were deconstructed and removed, the area completely cleaned up. No problems communicating with this company, available 24/7 for any issues. Hazforce will go above and beyond to work with clients and their special needs. We would have no hesitation in using Hazforce again or referring them to others! Jon at HazForce came and assessed the staining on the inside of attic from a moisture problem that had been rectified a year before, Hazforce employees came and eliminated the staining, on time, good price, professional service. A mishap occurred causing slight damage to the drywall on the ceiling below the attic. Mike came and assessed the problem, a drywall repairman was sent instantly and you would never notice it has ever happened. Great integrity. I am grateful my neighbour recommended HazForce to me, and I will be calling them for future needs.

The team from HazForce were the lead in our 80 year old home bathroom renovation. They removed the lathe and plaster containing asbestos and lead in a very safe and careful manner. They arrived on time even in a snow storm and worked very long days to complete on time as promised. Very professional service! All air testing was done and we had clearance to get on with or renovation the next day. Jon went out of his way to replace lost hinges from the door and made our experience with remediation as painless as possible. Well done!!
