★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived here for 10 years before the last renovation and 4 years since the renovation. The place used to be very unsafe and not very clean. It has improved tremendously. There is fobs or card keys to open the rooms now so people dont open each others doors for criminal purposes any more unless someone from the staff will open the door for someone when they are not supposed to. It did happen right after the renovation but the staff keeps on changing and the Hazelwood has become more private and safer for the tenants. Most of the staff are polite and helpful with occasional exceptions from time to time. The hallways are cleaned daily so are all the doors since the beginning of the virus situation. There is a schedule to use the laundry room and most staff will go along with the rules except sometimes there may be certain untrained staff members that will allow someone to take the schedule over and do whatever they please without consideration for the tenants that have been patiently awaiting their turn to use the laundry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its like a bunch of delinquent kids have run amuck if its wreckable its wrecked if its grafittiable its not art or ledgable the fire alarm is pulled most days and the toilets are always over running its a goverment controlled s.r.o with two staff on shift 24 7 most of there time is spent letting people in there rooms lets not forgetcthe elevator is down a least once aweek finally the lobby is full of crack down jib adicts using .
