β β β β β My husband and I have been getting treated by Dr. Paradis since November 2019. I initially walked through the door with acute lower back pain and while that is what pushed us to seek help, we have gained so much more than we thought.
The staff are all SO warm and welcoming. They are flexible with scheduling and never make you feel like you need to do things on their time, making it easy to make and keep appointments.
My back today, just a few months later, is much improved from where it was. My migraines which I used to get quite frequently have for the most part subsided. And the best part of all is that Hazeldean Family Chiropractic gives you the knowledge, tools and resources needed to take hold of your care and do the work at home as well. It's a team effort between you and your doctor and when you are willing to put time and effort into your health, so are they.
We would recommend this fine group of people to anyone, whether they're suffering from very obvious back pain, or migraines or just want to improve their posture and overall health.

β β β β β I came to the clinic after years of physiotherapy for an injury i sustained in a car accident. I felt I had plateaued with the physio and was not improving for months so I decided to give chiro a try. I don't want to say this lightly, but it has been somewhat miraculous how much better I have been in the few months since I started coming here. Most of my pain is gone, I am able to move my neck easier and my headaches from my concussion have improved greatly.
As well, the staff are very kind and caring.

β β β β β After experiencing a number of issues clearly related to additional time spent working at home from an admittedly non-ergonomically friendly space, I booked an assessment at the advice of a coworker who also uses their services. Right from the start I felt comfortable with all staff, their questions and their assessment of my health. Dr. Erin's interest in assisting me feels very genuine and professional, and she leads her team as such. After the first third of my booked adjustments I began to feel a real improvement in my symptoms. I respected and easily adopted Dr. Erin's suggestions for at home stretches and work with the piece of equipment provided to me. The experience has been positive and very helpful. I highly recommend this clinic!

β β β β β Update: 4 years ago I came to the clinic, great improvements (as you see below with my first review). NOW? Well, I have not stopped improving - no pain. I'm above and beyond my hope for activity and movement! I continue weekly to keep myself healthy and mobile. I'm healthier and fitter now than before thanks to the support of Dr McLaughlin and team. Being able to hike, explore, kayak, snowshoe again and more - is bliss! I encourage you to get an assessment - see what it can do for YOU to bring back some bliss - especially during these challenging times.
My first review 4 years ago:
My health has improved significantly in 3 months. Previous to seeing Dr McLaughlin, I was taking at least 1 advil a day for my lower back pain, stiffness and aches. I was feeling "old" and figured it was all downhill from here at only 52. I was only able to go for a walk for about 15 minutes and be in severe pain. Now, just 3 months into treatments - I walk 60 to 90 minutes, no advil at all and when I stretch, any twinge dissipates. I will continue to do my at-home exercises that will support my adjustments and I'm confident I will improve even more. I've also heeded the advice of not sleeping on my stomach and use just 1 flat pillow. IT WORKS and I highly recommend getting in to have an assessment done to feel the same relief that I feel!

Until we came to this amazing family, friendly office, I struggled with discomfort. I went through Dr.McLaughlin's treatment plan and followed her suggestions. Here I am much later and I finally have mobility and NO pain!!! If you are looking for a great Chiropractor, start here. They love their patients and really make a difference in everything they do. Highly highly recommend this amazing office :)

β β β β β I am very pleased with the care I have received from this chiropractic clinic. They seem very organized and well managed. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are such kind and friendly people. I have been seeing Dr. Paradis and he is very knowledgeable, competent, and has impeccable bedside manner. After only a short period of adjustments with him I have already noticed a huge improvement in my back and neck pain and ability to complete everyday tasks. I look forward to continuing treatment with him and have much confidence that heβll be able to restore my back to what it was post accident.
